Practical Life

Practical Life are exercises so the child can learn how to do living activities in a purposeful way.
The purpose and aim of Practical Life is to help the child gain control in the coordination of his/her movement, gain independence and adapt to his/her society.
Practical Life exercises aid the growth and development of the child’s intellect and concentration, and will in turn help the child develop an orderly way of thinking.
It also helps to aid the child to develop his coordination in movement, his/her balance and his/her gracefulness in his/her environment as well as his/her need to develop the power of being silent
